Yes, what you are is what you eat. But as an athlete in a sport that requires strength, eating is definitely important. We should have heard the term eating right, but when the drums in the stomach starts rollin', do we still think about the food we eat? In fact, the amount of protein we should consume per day is twice our body weight. Ask yourself, do you consume THAT amount of protein per day? I suppose we all can't run away from carbo. Can we? And some even conclude that taking protein supplement is "unnatural". omg. I know of people who 'don't wanna eat", afraid of getting FAT. Practically relying on trainings and gym to gain muscles or stength. Hello! You don't eat, how do you even get the strength to train or gym?? Some wanna lose weight. How? "Not eating". RUBBISH. Here's the formula: Jogging/Running+light weight gyming+ Eating moderately=tada! :) Don't work on you? You gotta be an alien! And lastly, there are some who just EAT EAT and EAT and train/gym twice as less or NEVER. THESE PORTION OF PEOPLE DON'T DESERVE TO BE CALLED ATHLETES!
People, "If you eat as much, you train as much." Instead of " Eat as much, you complain as much."

Less than a month, the world population has decreased maybe by a millon? I was reading the news today about how the Chinese military finally reached the epicentre of the earthquake. Although its alil late but better late than never. I can feel the glimpse light and hope felt by the distressed cirizens thats was cut off from the outside world since the earthquake. Imagine being trapped under the rubble for days without food and water and the uncertainty of when help will be arriving. Not knowing if your family and friends are still alive. Or to be prepared to see the lifeless bodies of them. Fear. On the other hand for Myanmar Cyclone Nargis, many are homeless now. Whats worst is relief supplies has yet to reach them. Natural Disaster has taken away their house, their family and their lives. Imagine yourself as a kid losing your parents to the storm and now you have to fend for yourself alongside with strangers. You really dont know whats gonna happen next. Fear.
These events got me thinking. Have we been too caught up with our self-indulgent lives that we forgot to appreciate people and the lil things done for us? Maybe we should stop thinking about 'me' but more of 'them', 'you' or 'they'.Be grateful with what you have and value those around you. Lets pause for a minute of silence for those whom has departed from this world due to the disasters...
Dear friends/readers, please pray that God will bless those affected by the disasters and that he will sent his angels to comfort these people with love, strength and determination.

Was talking to the gym intructor the other day about NS and stuff. One phrase from him caught my attention.
"Eh Andra..when you in NS already ah, i advise you; if they ask you do 6 pull ups, do 6. Don't do more even if you can. Don't act hero or be a complete zero. You wanna act hero, you'll be in trouble, if you're a blurr sotong, you're in deep sh*t!"

Babies are born in this world without knowing anything that's happening.
Only to expect great adventures lies along the way. If the babies are nutured well, they will become useful adults in the future or most importantly to the society. If not, they'll certainly be liabilities to the nation unless they changed.
Each baby grow up in different environments. Along the way, some will realise that they'll have their own path to choose and character starts to develop. Some will be leaders, some will choose to be listeners and of course lastly, the rebels.
The leaders will influence many of its followers with fairytales stories which may be the truth, or simply myths and legends. Not to mention, the people it influenced are indeed very capable and talented. They won't bother about the less capable ones. But sadly, despite of the talent they possessed, they are easily being used by the leaders. Leaders are absolutely gifted people, some only to be misled by their own egos or negative agendas.
Listeners are either dumb people or wise. Why would i say dumb? Some of which choose to just listen, not knowing the real situation and keep quiet. These are the people who believes that their incapability in a company (for example) that caused them to feel reserve and afraid to voice out. Hence, the other half of the listeners are otherwise. Otherwise meaning they are talented but yet they stay firm on their ground. Not to be fooled by fairytales. They know whats wrong, they think about it and voices out opinions, only to be overruled by the leaders.
And that's when rebels come to the picture. They act like an "opposition party" to the leaders if there's anything wrong with the company. But ladies and gentlement, at the end of the day, no matter what, leaders makes decisions. How much pain it may cause, we have to swollow it down and continue with life.
Otherwise, leave the company lah! HaHa.. End of storytale.
ps: don't ever be a crybaby!

Fairytales was introduced to us at a young age. We heard about it over and over again and sometimes end up fantasizing them. But what's the true meaning behind each tale?? or where did these tales derive from?
Well, some these stories have been initiated by an true event and whether to believe it is a personal judgement made. However, these individual opinions are wrongly evaluated sometimes due to fabricated rumors and tell-tales. For example, the story Cinderella. We all heard about how the step-sisters forced their feet into the shoes but do you know how they did it? Well, what cant be in, has to be taken out, thus they cut off their toes. Indeed it sounds nonsensical but again its a personal option to believe it.
To portray a flawless and ideal story, the actual account is altered. Of course, these stories didnt simply change on their own but by authors, scripwriters, directors, producers and maybe random readers involved. Tongues cant be controlled and words cant be taken back once said, hence stories spread like wildfire with twisted tales. So the question is do we wanna know the true meaning of stories or simply stay deceived in our comfort zones? ((: peace out friends! (:
